KKR and XPV Water Partners Form New Platform to Promote Water Quality


EOSi Partners with Univar Canada

On January 17th, 2017 EOSi completed a marketing and distribution agreement with Univar Canada Ltd.

Bourne, MA, January 17, 2017 — Environmental Operating Solutions, Inc. (EOSi) has completed a marketing and distribution agreement with Univar Canada Ltd., a subsidiary of Univar Inc. (NYSE: UNVR) (“Univar”) and one of the largest industrial and agricultural chemical distributors in Canada. Univar Canada will market and distribute EOSi’s line of MicroC® Premium Carbon Sources to wastewater treatment plants throughout Canada.
