Vice President, Business Development
The Vice President, Business Development (VP, BD) will be based in Bourne, Massachusetts and report to the President & CEO. The VP, BD will be responsible for leading the development of a 5-10 year strategic roadmap and driving the rapid expansion EOSi’s non-MicroC® business to $15-20 million by 2021 via a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. The VP, BD will work closely with the Board, leadership team and sales/PSP team on this critical growth initiative. Ideal candidates will have at least 5-10 years of experience within the water/wastewater industry, preferably in a strategy, corporate / business development role.
Director of Sales
The Director of Sales (DS) will be based in Bourne, Massachusetts and report to the SVP, Sales, Marketing and Client Programs. The DS will manage, mentor and grow the sales team and will be responsible for implementing/developing/refining procedures related to sales execution, primarily within the company’s core MicroC® business. The DS will be responsible for customer retention (including managing municipal bid processes), margin management and new customer acquisition. The DS will work closely with the Client Solutions Manager to sell and deliver bundled MicroC® service programs that drive customer success and ensure retention and margins. Ideal candidates will be proven sales leaders, with extensive experience in the water/wastewater industry.
The Process Engineer (PE) will be based in the Southeast or Mid-Atlantic and report to the Client Solutions Manager who leads the Process Solutions & Programs team. The PE will be responsible for implementing and managing the objective based Process Solutions and Programs (PSP) for our clients that use biological nutrient removal and other biological, chemical and physical processes to meet their wastewater discharge limits. The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in engineering with minimum of 2 years of environmental engineering or wastewater operations experience. The PE must have a strong biological wastewater treatment process understanding and familiarity with automation and instrumentation would be a plus.
The Account Manager/Field Engineer (AM/FE) will be based in the Northeast (ideally between Hartford, CT and NYC) and will report directly to the Territory Manager (TM). The AM/FE will be responsible for retaining the existing customer base and helping the TM acquire new business. Target markets for EOSi’s wastewater solutions include the municipal wastewater and certain industrial wastewater markets including; energy, protein, mining and refineries. The target applications in these markets include; denitrification, BOD supplementation, selenium and perchlorate removal. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. degree in environmental, chemical or biological engineering related technical field and have familiarity with biological wastewater treatment processes, more specifically, biological nutrient removal. Candidate must also have the ability to constructively coordinate the interaction of other team members to successfully retain customers and help TM acquire new business.
